What was a good choice you made this year as a teacher?

As I've shared about before, before packing up I really love to think of the school year through the lens of choices I made as a teacher—different texts that I brought into the classroom, shifts in classroom policy and grading, new projects or activities we tried out.

Yes, there are things we cannot control as teachers—but even within those "cannots" there is so much that we can, which is where I find reflection so valuable.
