What is a good story that happened in your classroom or school this year?

Look, I'm the last person to stumble into the "toxic posivity" cycle—there are real problems in education and this work of teaching is really, really challenging. We need to talk about the challenges around our work thoughtfully and seriously.

But when you look at the coverage around education out there, it feels like the many, many good stories around our work—especially the ones happening in our classrooms!—too often get sidelined or ignored completely.

So whenever possible, I think it's important to step into opportunities to share what is good about our work as teachers. (Honestly: who else is going to?)
