What’s one thing you want to feel more confident about in your practice this year?

I am thinking about growing my skills in supporting multi-lingual learners so I am doing some research and working to create a quide I can quickly consult when I need to.

Another topic on my mind is spelling....I'm starting to think about possibly using Fry's Word List to help my 3rd graders grow their spelling skills while they increase their ability to read frequently used words.

Finally I am creating a "Ready Reference Binder" to keep on my desk so I can quickly find what I need and have something to refer back to for all of the great ideas I read about and want to implement.
