Hello, I am a science teacher for 1st through 9th grades. For elementary students I teach science lab only and theory is taught by their homeroom teacher. For middle schoolers I teach both theory and lab. I have 11 elementary school groups and 4 middle school groups and am responsible for lesson plans, adaptations for SEN students, lab prep, lab inventory, lab clean up, and all of the other good stuff that comes with being a teacher. My question is: what are some organizational strategies so that I can be more intentional with my planning, work fewer hours from home, not feel constantly overwhelmed and have a clear picture of where I want to be at the end of the trimester?
