Teacher educators: what’s on your syllabus this fall?

This one’s for all of you who teach teachers! What’s your favorite reading on your syllabus this fall? Any classic articles that your students get excited about every year? Or new readings you’re going to try out for the first time? I’d love some inspiration for my syllabus updates.

I'm teaching a course on SEL but would love to know about any readings that really connect with pre-service or inservice teachers in your content area.

Bonus question for teachers of any kind: what do you remember reading either in your pre-service teacher education program, during grad school, etc, that really sticks with you?
