Teacher friends! I fully recommend taking full space away from our work to enjoy summer (I'm currently reading The Killing Spell by Shay Kauwe and The Correspondent by Virginia Evans). However, as someone who works with a lot of teacher prep folks, I'd love to hear what books you would recommend to new teachers before they start the school year!

Two faves of mine: Tom Rademacher's It Won't Be Easy and Culturally Responsive Teaching and The Brain by Zaretta Hammond
