What was a brilliant idea or Ah-ha moment that you had this year that you want to try again – and think others could benefit from?

If you are a newer teacher, or even someone who just completed their teacher training program, how do you make sure all those “Ah-ha!” moments you had throughout the year where you had a brilliant idea of how to change something (or even make sure you keep it exactly as it was) don’t get lost in the mad rush of wrapping up the school year and the mental escape into summer break? (This is especially important early in your career, but veterans feel free to chime in with awesome ideas and practices that have worked for you.)
