What resources are you using to best educate students on AI when there is absolutely no guidance on how to do so?

My school district has given me 0 direction, my state has been useless, and I've kind of been winging it.

I teach K-5, how early should I start? I currently have planned into my year to start with 3rd grade, but I have no idea if I should do little lessons earlier or not.
