If families are raising questions about educational technology and/or screen time, how is your school/district responding and/or easing their minds?

It seems that more and more families are concerned about screen time in schools. While this is a valid concern, the number of programs and resources that are ONLY available online seems to be increasing. In some areas, families are beginning to question ALL use of educational technology, and even demanding that their students NOT use computers/iPads at school. How do we educate families, support students, AND make sure we are keeping screen time in check?
