Supporting Edcamps is a great way to appreciate and support teachers throughout the year. Edcamps are educator-led un-conferences that are sprouting up across the country. Want to learn what an Edcamp is and how you can participate and/or support them? Take a look at Mary Beth Hertz's blog series, "Introduction to Edcamp: A New Conference Model Built on Collaboration."
You can also find a local Edcamp near you and you can even donate to the Edcamp Foundation to support future Edcamps.
