
Stephanie Thomas

Dr. Stephanie Thomas is assistant director for Licensure, Accreditation, and Assessment at Oregon State University–Cascades, where she also teaches in the undergraduate and graduate teacher preparation programs. With nearly 20 years in K–12 education, she has served as a middle level humanities teacher, instructional support specialist, and director of teaching and learning. Her research focuses on collective teacher efficacy, professional learning, and inclusive practices, with an emphasis on how collaborative structures and educator experiences influence teaching practice and student outcomes.
