Integrated Art Teacher at High Tech High in San Marcos, California

I grew up in Northampton, a college town in Western, Massachusetts. I earned my B.A. in Child Development and Studio Art from Tufts University in Medford, MA. I then went on to get my Masters in Art Education from Tufts and The Museum School of Fine Arts in Boston. Needing to get away from the New England cold, I moved to California in 2003. I have been a part of the High Tech High School community since then. High Tech High is a Project-based learning charter school in San Diego. I currently work at High Tech High North County. I am lucky to work in a space where I feel challenged as well as supported.
