Samantha Hamilton

Elementary School Principal

Samantha Hamilton has worked in elementary education for 19 years and has been an elementary school principal for the Neosho School District in Neosho, Missouri, for the past 10 years. She received her specialization and master’s degree in educational administration through Lindenwood University in 2012 and 2010 respectively, and her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Missouri Southern State University.

She is passionate about professional learning and true collaboration as they are so powerful and underestimated by many. Samantha got into school leadership because she wants to help change and support the mindset of others beyond her school walls. Working with adults (both teachers and principals) has become a passion of hers, in addition to working with kids, and she believes that she is in a perfect position to support something she wholeheartedly believes in.
