Sabrina Whitaker

Physics Teacher

Sabrina Whitaker is a New York master teacher. She earned her BS in physics from Indiana University at South Bend, her MS in earth science from The Ohio State University, and her master of arts in teaching physics from Stony Brook University. She worked as a science editor with scientists from around the world at Ehime University in Matsuyama, Japan. She is also an English-as-a-new-language summer literacy and community STEM teacher coordinator. Outside of school, she co-advises her local Girl Scout troop while knitting in her free time. She considers herself a lifelong learner who strives to instill that same love of learning in her students.
