Richard Celebre

Dr. Richard Celebre is an experienced educational leader and advocate for inclusive special education. He currently serves as director of special services in Chester, New Jersey, in July. With over a decade in education, he has served as a teacher, administrator, and policy contributor. He holds an EdD from Seton Hall University, where he researched arts participation and graduation outcomes for students with disabilities—emphasizing equity, collaboration, and family partnerships.
