Ralinda Watts

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Expert 

Ralinda Watts, a native of Los Angeles, is a diversity director, practitioner, and consultant who works at the intersection of race, identity, culture, and justice. She is a founding member of the Los Angeles Diversity Director’s Consortium and designed curriculum for Intersections of Identity, a seminar course that centers on race and identity for ninth graders. Ralinda is a regular contributor for PopSugar, Medium, and other publications and is host of the RalindaSpeaks podcast. She earned her M.Ed from Teachers College, Columbia University, and focused her research on the impact of racial trauma and racial injustice within school settings and beyond.
