Nikki Healy
High School English Teacher
Nicole (Nikki) Healy is an award-winning English language arts teacher based in Nashville. She’s a devoted advocate for building community through student voice, choice, and culturally sustaining literature within the classroom. She has served in various teacher-leadership roles, most notably with Project LIT Community. Nikki is committed to empowering young people as readers, writers, and leaders—both in and out of the classroom. In July 2020, she was selected to receive the Nashville Public Education Foundation’s 2020 Inspiring Educator Award.
