Nick Brousse

Nick Brousse is the principal of Fauquier High School in Virginia. A former teacher, coach, student support specialist, and assistant principal, he is passionate about building school cultures where students and educators feel connected, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Prior to entering education, he served as a policy advisor and speechwriter in the U.S. House of Representatives. He writes and speaks about school culture, leadership, student engagement, and creating the conditions that help schools thrive.
