Natalie Lalagos

High School Spanish Teacher

Natalie Lalagos is a National Board certified Spanish teacher who is passionate about globalizing her classroom, multilingualism, and education as an act of social justice. She is currently building a dual high school and college credit program that teaches students the skill of translating from English to their home language while also giving them internship experience. In Natalie’s 11 years in education, she has worked as a teacher and instructional coach and currently teaches on the big island of Hawai'i while also running a new teacher support program at her school. Natalie is a Hawai’i State Teacher Fellow, an improviser at the Aloha Theatre, and an avid outdoor enthusiast.
