Monisha Bajaj

Professor of International and Multicultural Education

Dr. Monisha Bajaj is professor of international and multicultural education at the University of San Francisco. She has authored eight books, her most recent being Humanizing Education for Immigrant & Refugee Youth: 20 Strategies for the Classroom & Beyond, as well as numerous articles. Bajaj has also developed curriculum for nonprofit organizations and inter-governmental organizations, such as UNICEF and UNESCO, and in 2015, she received the 2015 Ella Baker/Septima Clark Human Rights Award from Division B of the American Educational Research Association.
