Melissa Roehm

Melissa Roehm currently serves as an elementary principal in Las Vegas, Nevada, in a low socioeconomic, high transiency, and 100 percent free and reduced lunch inner-city school. She has served as a teacher, teacher mentor, dean of students, assistant principal, and principal for the last 13 years in Las Vegas. She also earned the distinction of executive leader from Georgetown University. Melissa was the 2023 Principal of the Year for Clark County School District, the fifth-largest school district in the country.
