Matt Novak is an elementary principal with experience leading collaborative teams, supporting teachers, and driving school improvement initiatives. He has spent years exploring practical strategies to help leaders and teachers prioritize high-impact work, communicate effectively, and connect daily tasks to school vision and goals. His other educational passions include literacy instruction, student character development, and fostering classroom and school cultures where both students and teachers feel excited to come to school. An avid lifelong learner at heart, he enjoys reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and dog.
