Laura Lee Delay

Laura Lee Delay is an elementary literacy specialist at Pace Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, and a doctoral student in Literacy, Language, and Culture at Clemson University. Her research examines classroom discourse, student agency, and neurodiverse best practices in early literacy instruction. She focuses on designing equitable, developmentally responsive learning environments that honor diverse ways of participating and meaning‐making across elementary classrooms.
