Kathy Y. Stovall

Kathy Y. Stovall, Ed.D, has been an education administrator and educator for over 25 years. She has worked in literacy programs, elementary schools, and early childhood programs. Her experience teaching in and leading the start of a K-8th grade school has led her to focus on building lifelong literacy skills that support success. She is committed to working with generations of families to develop literacy skills.
