Kathleen Ralf

Teacher of Humanities & English at Frankfurt International School and online instructor for Genocide & Human Rights at Global Online Academy

Kathleen Ralf teaches Humanities & English at Frankfurt International School in Oberursel, Germany. She also teaches Genocide & Human Rights for Global Online Academy. As an educator she works to create a classroom that is active, hands on, and full of creativity. She is a leader in technology integration on her 1:1 campus as well as an advocate of the Blended Learning model. Kathleen has presented at the European League of Middle Level Education (ELMLE) Conferences in 2015 and 2016 and has also presented at the University of Rhode Island's Summer Institute in Digital Literacy in 2015. And her blog Lehrer Werkstatt was picked as one of ExamTime's top 10 teacher blogs in Germany.

Kathleen has a BA in History from the University of Washington and an MS in Educational Technology from Walden University. She enjoys traveling around Europe with her family and experiencing out of the way spots as a local. She often reflects on her expat life and international teaching experiences in her blog Lehrer Werkstatt.
