Julia Richardson

Teacher, Writer, and Consultant

Julia Richardson, MEd, is a teacher, writer, curriculum developer, and consultant. She is a graduate of the University of California’s Master of Education program in Los Angeles, a community of educators working to transform public schooling to create a more just, equitable, and humane society. Her recent research includes the development of young learners’ emotional awareness, mindfulness practices, and social-emotional and arts-integrated learning in the early elementary school classroom. She recently published “Making Restorative Justice Friendly for 1st Grade” in Childhood Education Innovations.
