Jesse Buetow

I am a 5th grade teacher at Randolph Heights Elementary in St. Paul, MN and is am 2016-17 PBS LearningMedia Lead Digital Innovator for the State of Minnesota. I am in my 12th year of teaching and have a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. I believe strongly in integrating technology in a way that leverages student passion and emphasizes creation over consumption. By giving my students a voice in their own learning, I am able to help my students create a variety of content across many subjects.
