Jennifer Marinello

Jennifer Marinello is the principal of Lalor Elementary School in Hamilton, New Jersey, where she has led school-wide improvement and helped earn recognition as a New Jersey School of Character. She holds an M.Ed. in educational leadership and certifications as a New Jersey chief school administrator, principal, supervisor, and elementary teacher. A Girls on the Run ambassador, she also serves as a Foundation for Educational Administration Board of Trustees member, New Jersey Principals and Supervisors Association member, Leaders to Leaders mentor, and New Jersey Leadership Academy curriculum developer and presenter.
