Gina Pascual

Gina Pascual is a senior program design associate at the Primary School in Northern California and moonlights as a design thinking facilitator at Stanford’s d.school. In her current role, she uses design thinking and continuous improvement tools to aid in the development of innovative programming and refine existing processes to yield better outcomes. Gina is thrilled to use this skill set in schools, which offers a methodical way to put students and parents at the center of how schools deliver programming. To Gina, design is about bringing value and joy to students, parents, and teachers.
