
Geoffrey Scheurman
Professor Emeritus of Teacher Education
Geoffrey Scheurman is professor emeritus of teacher education at the University of Wisconsin—River Falls, where he taught methods and foundations courses and supervised field experiences for 33 years. He conducts workshops on motivation, classroom environment, and innovative and engaging teaching methods. He researches and publishes work on inquiry learning, constructivist teaching, and improvisation in the 21st-century classroom. He has extensive experience as a middle and high school social studies teacher and coach, and served as Fulbright Roving Scholar in Norway.
