A 17-year veteran of middle and high school English classrooms, Fay Kim, Ed.D., has spent the past eight years as a high school assistant principal in New Jersey. In addition to her role as an educator, Fay has been an educational consultant, professional essay scorer, and member of her state assessment committee. Committed to social justice, she strives to promote equity in education by creating a compassionate community of learners.
