Erica Silva
Teacher Mentor
Dr. Erica Silva is a former elementary and middle school teacher and ELA instructional coach, and currently a Cotsen mentor for teachers through the Cotsen Foundation for the Art of Teaching in her public school district. She earned her doctorate in K–12 educational leadership at the University of Southern California, where she studied the impact of the California Voting Rights Act on school board diversity.
