Elizabeth is a dual-enrollment and secondary English instructor teaching Introduction to Literature and American Literature through a partnership between her high school and a local community college. For more than two decades, she has worked with students transitioning into college-level reading, discussion, and writing. Her teaching and curriculum design within this context focuses on disciplinary literacy, academic talk, and scaffolded instruction that helps early college students participate confidently in literary analysis and academic discourse.
