Christian Toney

Christian Toney is a certified educational diagnostician with over 20 years of experience in special education, having served as a special education teacher working with students from early childhood to 12th grade, special education program coordinator, and assistant principal. She is the founder of Victory Over Education, LLC, where she partners with families and schools to promote inclusive, student-centered success through organizational training, knowledge of the laws, and content-specific professional development.
