Dr. Evans began her work as a trained leader and certified educator with a focus on curriculum and instruction with our most disadvantaged and marginalized populations before advancing as a professional development facilitator to institutions of all sizes. In her role, she spearheaded training and development thereby increasing collaboration and cultivating an understanding of culture and diversity through difficult dialogue.
