Charisse Beach, M.Ed. is the founder and CEO of Youth Transformation Services (YTS), a nonprofit helping schools integrate social-emotional learning through innovative, technology-supported practices. A former principal and educational consultant, she designs digital and game-based learning tools that strengthen student wellness, engagement, and equity. Charisse is the author of At-Risk Students: Transforming Student Behavior and was featured in The Telegraph US for her work on closing achievement gaps through SEL.
