Dr. Aprille Ericsson-Jackson is an aerospace engineer at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) in Greenbelt, Maryland, in the Guidance, Navigation, and Control Center. She is committed to encouraging minorities and women to continue their studies in math, science, and engineering and is a member of the NASA GSFC Speakers Bureau. In that capacity, she was asked to address the National School Boards Association's November 12, 1999, meeting in Dallas, Texas, on the topic of "Bridging the Digital Divide."
