Andrea Stein

Manager of School Programs, Roger Williams Park Zoo

I have been an educator for over 15 years. I started my career as an elementary school teacher and am now the manager of school programs at Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island. I am a trained climate reality leader, serve on the Governing Council for the National Network for Ocean and Climate Change Interpretation, and sit on the board of the Rhode Island Environmental Education Association. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree of teaching in biological sciences through Miami University and Project Dragonfly’s Advanced Inquiry Program, where I am focusing my work around building climate literacy among students and teachers.
