Amy Nichols

Amy Nichols is a faculty instructor at Arizona Christian University in Glendale, Arizona. She teaches education courses emphasizing engagement in learning. She also helps lead faculty professional development in engagement techniques for the classroom. Before teaching at the college level, Amy taught seventh grade ELA for 15 years. While at the middle school level, she was a mentor teacher and created professional development for faculty to help improve teaching and learning skills. Her specialization became project-based learning as a tool for high rigor, high engagement, and high student success.
