Alyssa McKee
Secondary English Teacher
Alyssa McKee is a high school English teacher at James Wood High School in Winchester, Virginia. She is passionate about self-directed learning, student advocacy, and finding meaning in educational experiences. She has taught English in grades 9–12 and currently serves as a teacher/coach in the RISE Program, a self-directed student cohort at her home school. Her students often say she loves everything, which is one of her favorite compliments.
