Alexis Epps

Alexis Epps, Ed.S., is the math department chair at a Title I middle school in Maryland. She holds an education specialist degree in curriculum and instructional planning from Liberty University and a Master’s in nonprofit leadership and organizational communications from Northeastern University. With over 20 years of experience in education, military service, and public leadership—including work with the Secretary of Defense—Alexis leads with a principled, equity-driven approach to mathematics instruction, teacher development, and culturally responsive school improvement.
