What low-prep activities do you keep in your back pocket for when a lesson doesn’t go as planned?

I'm hoping to be better prepared this year if lessons go faster than I thought they would (or if things go awry). I'm upper elementary but honestly I'm eager to hear ideas from any grade level in case it sparks an idea. Thank you in advance!
