Standardized testing season is here, and things can get busy fast. Many of us are juggling a wide range of accommodations—small group, extended time, separate setting, read-aloud, scribing, frequent breaks, sensory supports, assistive tech, bilingual supports, behavior plans, medical needs, and more—often across multiple classes, testing rooms, and staff members.

Special education and general education teachers: What systems, routines, or tools help you keep everything organized and ensure each student receives the right supports on test day? I’d love to hear what’s working for you—anything from trackers and checklists to communication plans, room setups, scheduling strategies, or ways you coordinate with paraeducators/testing coordinators.
