As special educators, we need to be given the time to properly prepare IEPs and to prep for meetings. Sometimes admin. and the SSC forget we have students and that prep time is for class. Fixable?

When a teacher is not given the proper time within school hours to properly prepare IEPs and prep for meetings, not to mention PD that applies to their room and that would be important and applicable to their students/families, admin. and the SSC are not handling the special education department in the best interest of these special kids and families.  How to fix this problem?
