As a new teacher with special aid kids (preschoolers, 2-5 years old), I find it challenging to get some of them seated and participating in activities. Most of them scream, jump around, and so on, disrupting the class. Please share ideas on how to work with them or get their attention. What kind of activities and strategies do you suggest?
