Percentage of children, ages 6-17, who consume caffeine each day -- up from 43 percent since the 1970s. Coffee ranks higher than soda, energy drinks, and tea as America's favorite source of caffeine. It's also cool among kids: The number of teenagers slurping Frappuccinos or sipping lattes has increased 12 percent in the past year.
