Wendy Gustavel

School Librarian

Wendy Gustavel has over 15 years of elementary teaching experience. She earned her M.Ed. in elementary education from the University of New Hampshire and is currently enrolled in the MSLIS program at the University of Rhode Island. She is the pre-K to 12th grade librarian at Rocky Hill Country Day School in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Wendy is passionate about introducing students to diverse literature, teaching media literacy, and offering all students a safe and welcoming library space. Wendy’s passion for educating the whole child inspires her to infuse social and emotional learning experiences into her library lessons at all grade levels.
