After teaching 8th grade ELA in a low-performing school for five years, I moved to writing curriculum and developing assessment materials. My main areas of expertise are language arts and character education. Currently, I develop ELA content for HelpTeaching.com and manage my own character education company, Building Kids' Character. I also review apps for BestAppsforKids.com, write short children's stories for iStorybooks.co, and design curriculum and assessment materials for a host of large education companies.
