Samantha Kofsky is an instructional coach who has built coaching programs in New Jersey from the ground up and has led inspirational professional development sessions for coaches across the state. After beginning her career as an English teacher and earning her master’s degree in educational leadership, she discovered instructional coaching and quickly developed a passion for the role as a powerful way to support teachers. Driven by this passion, she founded Instructional Coaching HQ, an organization that supports educators who aspire to become instructional coaches, while also providing current coaches with opportunities for professional learning.
