Nicole Coleman

Former Counselor and Behavioral Specialist

Nicole has spent her education career as a school counselor in Indiana and Michigan and as a behavioral specialist Michigan. As a school counselor, she focused on restructuring the school counseling program, redeveloping the RTI system, and creating mentorship programs. Nicole has worked with all age groups, ranging from pre-K to grade 12, and has had the pleasure of working closely with the special education programming and teachers. Nicole is currently doing research in the field of education, as well as starting a nonprofit organization.
